Slavina Marketing’s approach

My priority is to deliver clear and meaningful value to your organisation, rather than purely services/outputs. 

My pricing is based on projects and packages tailored to your needs, situation and assets. Quotes are bespoke.

Upon submission of a filled-in brief for work from Slavina Marketing and a discovery call with you/relevant stakeholders, I will send you a work proposal. The proposal will include outputs towards agreed outcomes and estimated fees and timescales.  

I will discuss the proposal with you further, provide any additional information and confirm the activity programme, terms and conditions. This will include signing relevant paperwork, such as consultancy services agreement, non-disclosure agreement and statement of work.

For packages under £600 (e.g. preparation and facilitation of a 2-hour workshop on content planning or audience journey mapping and a follow-up report starts from £525)

  • The full amount is due to be paid prior to the project start

For packages costing over £600, I will set up a payment plan. Typically it includes:

  • Advance payment (usually between 20% – 50%, depending on project scale and fees)
  • Outstanding payment for deliverables upon their sign-off

Please note that I will only be in a position to schedule work once you have provided formal confirmation that you would like to go ahead and have made an advance payment. Until this point, any specific dates or timeframes referred to within the proposal remain provisional.
