
Operating plans and optimisation
I can lead, oversee, support and/or evaluate your operational plans, important campaigns, projects, programmes or activities, and provide recommendations for optimisation. This covers:
- An integrated annual content and audience touchpoints plan to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging, amplification of activity and moving audiences down their journey towards key organisational objectives
- Marketing and digital campaigns, projects, programmes and key activities such as (re)launching, cross-selling and upselling products with a compelling value proposition, messaging and in line with brand awareness targets, organisational objectives, income goals and budget. Upon agreement, I can act as a project lead or advise on planning, forecasting, target setting and evaluation.
- Requirements and user stories gathering, design, integration, testing, roll-out and evaluation of marketing technology capabilities (such as marketing functionality of a CRM system, an email marketing platform set-up, etc.) to help you get a 360-degree view of your key audiences, streamline engagement with them and help you plan, track, attribute, evaluate and improve marketing activity and customer or supporter experience
- Advice on individual teams and aligned cross-functional operational planning, ways of working and work management processes and tools to ensure focus, feasibility, effectiveness, efficiency and high team morale
